To help with your out-of-pocket expenses, a CareCredit Program is available (call 1-800-859-9975 if you'd like to contact them about their low monthly payment plans).
INSURANCE
We accept most insurance programs and would be pleased to consult with you and your plan provider to review coverage. We also work with the Healthy Kids Program through the State of Michigan and can review your options through that program as well.
